Our delicious Goodwood burger is our best-seller at all of our events, you will also find it in our Goodwood Bar & Grill restaurant paired with our Goodwood streaky bacon and Charlton cheese. Please note this product is frozen.
Seasoned with salt and pepper, our burger makes a great addition to any BBQ but also serves as a fabulous supper in the winter with thick-cut chips.Â
Goodwood Beef:
Our cattle are bred to give high quality cuts of award winning meat with an exceptional marbling of fat. As all our beef is hung for 28 days, it produces a lovely flavour and deep colour. We've previously won Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards for our fillet and sirloin.Â
The beautiful deep-red Sussex, our beef cattle, thrive on the chalk downland, having been farmed on the land at Goodwood for centuries. Our cattle are fed on forage grown on the estate; this is a mix of clovers, oats, whole crop barley, whole crop silages and wheat, beans and vetches.
